I'm about to go on the hypo-allergenic diet where I basically eat no gluten, no dairy, no red meat and really nothing but organic chicken, brown rice and vegetables for a few weeks. Then I add stuff in and see if it upsets my stomach. So my question is... is there anywhere I can eat out during this time?? I'm not too hopeful, but I thought I'd just throw it out there. Basically I'd need a guarantee that my food has no added sugar etc, because this is for such a short time I might as well do it properly. It would be different if I was trying to live with this diet (hopefully not!)
